Eat the freshest ingredients from our garden and drink the best Sicilian wines at our farm-to-table restaurant.
Our menus are built around traditional Ennese cusine, which comes from a mix of Greek, Roman, Arabic and Norman recipes. We rely heavily on the seasonal ingredients grown in our gardens, and source wines from the best producers in the region.
Breakfast.
Breakfast is included as part of your booking, and runs from 8am till 10am each morning.
We offer as selection of local cheese and honey, pastries, biscuits, cereals, bread, jams and juices.
Lunch.
We can offer a light lunch with advance warning.
This will usually consist of a salad, cheeses, honey and other light dishes that can be rustled up in our kitchen. Prices depend on availability.
Dinner.
Running at 7.30pm each night, we offer 4-course meal using seasonal ingredients for euro 32,00 not including drinks.
This usually consists of a light starter, a plate of pasta or rice, a meat dish or vegetarian alternative, a selection of fresh local vegetarian side dishes, and a dessert. We can offer vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free meals with advance warning.
Our wine list selected from the best Sicilian producers, including Lombardo, Cusumano, Cerasuolo, Cottanera, Tenute Orestiadi, Feudi Siciliani, Feudo Arancio, Feudo Disisa.

Breakfast
Breakfast is between 8am and 10am each morning included in the price of the room. Gluten free products are available with advance notice.
Check-in & Check-out
Check in is 2pm to 9pm. Check-out is at 10am. However, we’re happy to look after your bags if you need to leave later.
Late Check Out
The cost of late check-out, until a maximum of 7pm, is 50% of the daily rate and is subject to availability. You can also use the pool between 10am and 7pm for euro 15,00 each person.
Payment
You can confirm your reservation by providing us with your card details. We will not charge your card in advance. You can use all credit cards except Diners.
Cancellation
You can cancel at no cost up to 7 days before your trip. If cancelled, or modified within 7 days the full price of the reservation will be charged.
