from €100In the late 1700’s this room was home to rabbits, turkeys, hens and roosters. The bathroom is accessed through a small passageway with stone stairs that would have once been used by the animals to pass out into the courtyard. It was the first room to be restored, and so we’ve named it after the first owner of the house, the noblewoman Laura Restivo Ardoino.
Laura is the perfect room for a romantic break or a moment of peace. It sits slightly apart from the other rooms and has its own private entrance. The closest room is just around the corner and is called Coco’.

Breakfast
Breakfast is between 8am and 10am each morning included in the price of the room. Gluten free products are available with advance notice.
Check-in & Check-out
Check in is 2pm to 9pm. Check-out is at 10am. However, we’re happy to look after your bags if you need to leave later.
Late Check-out
The cost of late check-out (until a maximum of 7pm), is 50% of the daily rate and is subject to availability. You can also use the pool between 10am and 7pm for euro 15,00 each person.
Payment
You can confirm your reservation by providing us with your card details. We will not charge your card in advance. You can use all credit cards except Diners.
Cancellation
You can cancel at no cost up to 7 days before your trip. If cancelled, or modified within 7 days the full price of the reservation will be charged.
